Michael Adamson MNAEA MARLA, Director

Michael began his career in Estate Agency with Charrison Davis back in 1995, and during his successful career has helped thousands of people sell or let their property and find their next new home. As Company Director, Michael’s passion and enthusiasm for the property industry has never waned and he plays a very active ‘hands on' role in the day-to-day management of the business. Michael has also taken a special interest in New Homes, and is now known in the sector as a much respected and trusted expert in planning issues.

Chris Lenny

Chris started his career in property back in 1989 and over the following 3 decades has worked for several local estate agents before joining Charrison Davis. As a well-respected and well-known valuations expert with decades of local property industry experience, Chris’s market knowledge is invaluable to both vendors and landlords.

Mark Armstrong

Mark is an independent property consultant and has worked alongside Charrison Davis for several years now as well as other leading estate agents in the local area. With over 15 years’ experience in estate agency and having previously run his own firm of estate agents Marks aim is to achieve the best possible price for vendors in a timescale that suits them. Mark’s proactive approach makes a significant difference to both buyers and sellers experiences. His expertise helps keep sales on track and delivers the results vendors want and need.

Archie Degun

Senior Property Consultant, Archie joined Charrison Davis in 2005, and it’s fair to say that when it comes to the local property market, she is the ultimate fountain of knowledge. Having lived in the local area for over 3 decades, if you have any questions about moving in or out of our area, she’s the person to ask. Her incredibly wide-ranging local insights really help vendors identify their USPs and buyers find just the right area to put down roots.

Mark Francis

Trainee Property Consultant, Mark has lived in Hayes all his life and went to school locally. Having discovered his passion for property at an early age, choosing a career in estate agency has certainly been an excellent move for both him and our clients. Always quick off the mark and born ready, Mark is proving himself to be an exceptionally talented sales negotiator and a great asset to our team.

Grace Grantham

Moving house is never a 9-5, Monday to Friday occupation, so our fantastic Grace helps us keep our movers' sales and lets on track on Saturdays and during staff Holidays. Currently studying to be a School Teacher, we can’t think of a better place for her to hone or organisational skills than our office.
